Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:

All Sales Are Final 

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. 

Snow Globe Cups:

Please note that air bubbles are inevitable in snow globe tumblers. This is a natural occurrence and are not considered a defect. 

Damage Items

If your cup arrives damaged (e.g. cracked, broken or leaking) we're happy to help-but we do not offer immediate refunds. In order to receive a replacement, you must follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damaged  item and packaging.
  2.  A case must be opened with shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) to investigate the damage
  3. Once the claim is processed and approved by the shipping carrier, your cup will be remade and shipped at no additional cost.
